TNT Rewards Mobile App

How Guests Sign Up

Guests can enter their phone number at the register or pump to start earning offers and rewards right away.

To redeem point-based rewards, they'll need to download or update the TNT Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account using that same phone number.

If they used the old rewards program, their points transfer automatically — as long as they sign up with the same phone number they used before.

The 5 Questions

1 Where did my old points go?

All points from the old app moved over automatically. Guests should sign into the new app using the same phone number they used before at the pump or register.

If points are still missing, direct them to the Toot'n Totum Contact Page. They'll need a copy of their receipt — it can be uploaded through the contact form.

Important: Please do not try to adjust points at the store level.
2 How do Guests use App Offers?

App offers apply automatically when the Guest enters their phone number at checkout or at the pump. No points required.

Offers are limited-time and will change throughout the year.

Current offers (as of May 2026):

  • 99¢ fountain drinks or tea (any size)
  • 5¢ off every gallon, every fill-up
  • Current tobacco offers linked to the phone number in the app
3 How do Guests redeem points and coupons?

To redeem points, the Guest needs the app downloaded and signed in with their phone number.

In the app, they:

  1. Select the reward they want
  2. Activate the coupon by confirming the points to spend
  3. Tap the "Scan" icon at the bottom — all active coupons live there

At checkout or the pump, they can:

  • Scan their barcode, or
  • Enter their phone number
4 What if the app or barcode won't work?

Try these steps:

  • Ask the Guest to turn up their screen brightness
  • Try entering the Guest's phone number manually

If it still doesn't work, complete the transaction normally. Let the Guest know they can contact Guest Services at the Toot'n Totum Contact Page. They'll need a copy of their receipt so points can be added later.

Please do not hold up the line troubleshooting the app.
5 What's different about the new app?

Guests may notice:

  • More personalized offers based on what they buy
  • Faster checkout using their phone number
  • Points update faster in the app
